Tony DiGiovanni   Information and resources on the insurance crisis
Landscape Ontario is committed to supporting members during the ongoing insurance crisis impacting the snow and ice sector. We also need your help. If you haven't already, please consider contacting your local MPP to express your support for Bill 118. This legislation - reducing the notice period for slip and fall claims from two years to ten days - is an important step in toward resolving the crisis. You can find your MPP's contact info online. There is much more to be done over the coming weeks and months. Further steps the association is taking are outlined in a recent LO magazine story and an episode on the LO Podcast.
