Join fellow members for an interactive and informative meeting with guest speaker Sara Luther who is an Organization Relationship Systems Coach (OSRC). Sarah spoke at a previous meeting on Mental Health in the Workplace.
Workplaces are a web of relationships that, inevitably, will have moments of friction and conflict. We need to get better at engaging early and dissolving situations in the moment either with internal colleagues, clients, members of the public, other stakeholders etc.
Sarah will lead us through an exercise that relates to conflict called “The Three Sides of Respect” which will explore the expectations of respect and what to do when it’s absent.
Something new at the meetings.
Each time you attend a meeting you will be given a chance to enter a year end draw for a fantastic door prize. You will receive a ballot for each meeting you attend and if you bring a potential member with you.
We also have great door prizes at the meetings in addition to a buffet dinner, networking with other members and meeting sponsors. It's not just a meeting!
