Congratulations to Kristi DeLima of Snips Landscape and Nursery in Fenwick, Ont., who was recently honoured with a 2025 Mighty Oak Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and achievements in the landscape industry.

As a member of Jeffrey Scott’s Leader’s Edge Peer Group, DeLima was selected by her peers for the award for demonstrating growth across four key pillars: financial performance, company development and for personal and professional growth as a business owner.
