Unfortunately, the numbers for the level one Horticulture Technician 441C Apprenticeship Program at Algonquin College are quite low this year, and the program is at risk of not running. We do not want to see this incredible program disappear from the Ottawa area. Do you have an outstanding employee that would like to upskill their knowledge during the off-season? The Apprenticeship Program may be the perfect option. Level one will run from January 4th to April 2nd, 2021 at Algonquin College in Ottawa. They have been given the go ahead to deliver the program completely in-person, with strict COVID-19 protocols in place. The rest of the year, your apprentice is available to work for you obtaining valuable on-the-job training.
