Vineland soil remediation workshop and tree planting

You’re invited to attend VRIC DemoDay and volunteer at two Highway of Heroes Living Tribute tree plantings

On October 21 and November 3, all Landscape Ontario members are invited to join in two Highway of Heroes Living Tribute tree plantings at the Trenton Greenbelt Conservation Area.

At these two events, Darby McGrath and her team from Vineland Research and Innovation Centre will be presenting the methods they have developed to remediate soil and prepare roadside and compacted sites for planting trees. The presentation times are:

• October 21 - 1:00-2:00 p.m.
  (tree planting and lunch 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
• November 3 - 2:00-3:00 p.m.
  (tree planting 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.)
