Task Force Town Hall July 21 2021

Landscape Ontario's Covid-19 Task Force welcomes representatives from the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) as well as Workplace Safety and Prevention Services (WSPS) for a town hall webinar on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 5 p.m.

The Town Hall will include:

Guidance for employers as the province transitions to Step 3.
Information on how employers can ensure their workplaces are safe and in compliance with provincial and local health regulations.
A Q&A period with the task force and the MLTSD and WSPS representatives.

Special Guests:

Wagish Yajaman, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services

Wagish Yajaman is the Manager of Specialty Services for WSPS. Wagish has two decades of experience serving WSPS customers in areas such as noise, air quality, and confined spaces. He is a Certified Industry Hygienist (CIH) and a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP).

Bill Roy, Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development

Bill Roy is the Director, Strategy and Integration Branch for the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development.
