The Regional Municipality of York seeks proposals from companies to perform its summer grounds management practices, which will include the implementation of Plant Health Care and Integrated Pest Management procedures in its Administrative Building, Eldred King Gardens, York Regional Police and various locations.

Proposals should be received no later than February 5, at one p.m., and should include a non-refundable fee of $25 per proposal.
