Garden Inspiration
Designed with clean lines and low maintenance in mind, this multifunctional front yard is an example of the beautiful spaces that can be created for today's small properties. The largest element is a parking space that doubles as a patio, while also being a permeable surface with an infiltration swale to collect storm water and allow it to filter naturally back into the water table. Raised planters provide plenty of soil depth for trees to mature and provide shade and shelter and mass plantings of perennials and sedum matt ground covers provide low maintenance colour. Reinventing the front yard as a beautiful, functional and social space for beautiful, functional and social communities.
