Pickseed Canada Inc. expanded its fold with the recent acquisition of a grass seed conditioning facility in Dawson Creek, BC.

     Purchased from United Grain Growers (UGG), the plant will add onto Pickseed’s existing conditioning locations in Sherwood Park, AB, Winnipeg, MB and Lindsay, ON and increases the amount of seed available to accumulate, Pickseed’s conditioning capacity and logistical economies.

     Located in Northeastern BC at Mile 02 of the Alaska Highway, the plant is likely Canada’s most northerly grass seed processing plant.
