Monrovia Nursery (Dayton, OH) recently received the Evergreen Award from the Northwest regional office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the nursery’s environmental excellence and leadership in pollution prevention.

     Monrovia received this recognition for its innovative techniques in reduction of water consumption, pesticide use and waste production through such practices as water recycling and composting green waste.
