London Chapter Conflict Resolution Workshop
Tuesday, September 9, 2025 | 5:30-9 PM
Juniper Room | Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre | 551 Windermere Road, London
Featured speaker: Jeff Carolin
Introduction to Conflict Competency: Self-Awareness & Interpersonal Tools to Help Navigate Tensions on the Job
In this participatory 2-hour workshop, Jeff Carolin will offer a facilitated “flow” of interactive activities that will introduce participants to core mindsets and skillsets that have the potential to transform moments of conflict & tension from breakdown to breakthrough. Jeff believes that conflict is not something that we should avoid or be afraid of. Rather, when handled skillfully, conflict has the possibility to improve our businesses, deepen our relationships, and support our general well-being.
Jeff Carolin is a coach, facilitator, and mediator. When working with groups, Jeff focuses on inviting people into a more intentional and relational way of being together, which then allows the group to tap into the wisdom, experience, and skill that is already present.
