IPM, Essen’s International Horticultural Fair boasted a great turnout for 2001, with almost 60,000 trade buyers visiting the show.

     Attendance from international visitors was up approximately 25 per cent, with visits from customers in Central and South America, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, and Europe and the United States.

     Held February 1 to 4 in Essen, Germany, IPM showcased the product and services of 1300 exhibitors from 34 countries, half of which were from countries outside of Germany. The show featured many national pavilions from such countries, including Holland, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Spain and the U.S.
