IPM attendance increases

Over 59,000 visitors attended the IPM, the world's leading international trade fair for plants, horticulture equipment, floristry and sales promotion, February 3 to 6 in Essen, Germany. The show, with national pavilions from Holland, Spain, Italy, Britain, the United States and several other countries, welcomed 59,825 delegates, an increase of 10 per cent over last year's show.

     Held at the Essen Exhibition Complex, show activities featured a special "shop and deco"exhibition, the Horticulture Info Hall, and exhibits focusing on orchids and anturiums, border and balcony plants, azaleas, floristry equipment and measuring systems.

     The 19th Annual IPM will take place February 1 to 4 at the Essen Exhibition Complex, Essen, Germany. This show will encompass over 1.1 million square feet of exhibition space with the opening of a newly constructed hall.
