Group supports women in snow

The Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) is creating a support network for women in the snow business. Facilitated by Leslie Boomer, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, this peer group will be a self-governing forum to meet and work with other women who face the same issues.
