The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association (CGSA) recently underwent a changing of the guard with the election of Merlin Affleck to the position of president of the association.

     Mr. Affleck, superintendent of the Stanhope Golf and Country Club in Prince Edward Island was elected at the 51st Canadian International Turfgrass Conference and Trade Show, held in Ottawa, March 6.
