The final step in The Andersons, Inc. acquisition of The Scotts Company's U.S. Professional Turf Business division is now complete, with agreements for Scotts to manufacture ProTechR®, ContecTM, Poly-S® and other brand names for the company.

     The agreement also includes the use and rights to the distribution network, customer lists and all trademarks, patents, technologies and copyrights associated with the professional turf market.

     It does not include the use of the Scotts® brand or any of Scotts' consumer professional grass seed or professional horticulture business. Further terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
