Equipment Maintenance Schedule
 
Supervisors coordinate maintenance programs for equipment. Employees shall inform their supervisor when company vehicles are due for regular maintenance.
 
Maintenance schedules are posted in the shop for the Payloader and Skid Steer, with each one assigned to one employee.
 
Maintenance programs are posted along the workbench on the maintenance side of the shop for equipment. Each maintenance crew has a set day for regular maintenance on the equipment. Inform supervisor if you notice anything wrong or broken on any vehicle or equipment.
 
Communication

• Employees receive handout every year
• Safety meetings

 
Training

• List events when suppliers come in-house, or provide training
• Supervisors and foremen will train employees on maintaining equipment
• All maintenance equipment is serviced once a week during the cutting season

 
Evaluation

• JHSC is reviewed every spring of every year
